13,May 2012. Lahore: Clash at Punjab University leaves one student dead
The clash took place at a canteen at hostel number 14 at Punjab University after a fight broke out. The incident then escalated into gunfire exchange between the two sides.
The shooting left two students injured who were later rushed to the hospital. One of the students, Owais Aqeel(member of IJT) later succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile students have come out in protest over the killing.
