Bangladeshi Cricket Board obsessed with ISI?

 Apr 20th, 2012

Finally Bangladesh, whose pro-Indian Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajid is obsessed with ISI, has found the way to cancel its Pakistan tour that was probably aimed at helping the nuclear armed nation to get its cricketing activities restored.

The Bengalis, who were scheduled to play an ODI and a T20 match on April 29 and 30respectively dropped the tour after a lawyer, seemingly pro Hasina Wajid and anti-Pakistan, got stay orders from the Dhaka High Court against the tour for a month.
Pakistan regretted the court decision and said that some elements in Bangaldesh didn’t want to see cricking activities between both the countries.
It is to mention here that the Pakistanis have been supporting Bangladeshi cricket team right from the first day. Some Pakistanis were also seen expressing sorrow over the defeat of Bangladeshi team in the final of Asia Cup Cricket tournament after witnessing tears of Bengali players.
But, the Bangladesh Cricket Board, unlike Sri Lanka, who had visited Pakistan when the country was being echoing with suicide attacks, seems to be hiding behind the court orders.
On March 30, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajid could not digest Bangladesh’s defeat at the hands of Pakistan in Asia Cup and indulged in mud throwing.
In an interview with a local daily Amardesh, the pro-Indian Bangladeshi premier went on saying that her country could win the final of Asia Cup if lovers of ISI and Pakistan didn’t come to stadium to witness the match, hinting at opposition leader Khalida Zia.
She said that traitors of the country could not feel pain of the defeat. The prime minister said that as to why and whose directives Khalida Zia went to stadium. She said that Bangladesh lost the match due to Khalida Zia.

  1. We are well wishers of Bengali brothers and hope to see not only cricketing relations but others too between the two countries. The prime minister of Bangla Desh and her followers seem to be behind these acts of creating history by fetching sports affairs to the court.
