Islamabad: The Opposition Leader of Pakistan’s National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Sunday said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) would raise the loadshedding issue in the National Assembly on Monday (tomorrow).
Talking to media outside the National Assembly Nisar said that if no action would be taken regarding the long periods of load-shedding in the country within 24 hours then PML-N would call for a March towards Presidential House in Islamabad.
Nisar said that Instead of capacity of producing electricity people were teased through the continuous load-shedding.
“80% of the areas were provided electricity during the match but why not after that,” he added.
The opposition leader warned the government that if the load-shedding would not be curtailed than PML-N would join the protestors, who were protesting across Punjab against load-shedding on daily basis.
Nisar further said that how it was possible to end extortion in Karachi by those who started extortion.
